As we work our way through this the unpredictable year, I want you to know of the confidence we have in our company, Minnesota Knitting Mills (MKM), and our people.
Since 1908 MKM has served as a knit manufacturing mainstay in the USA. To continue that 112-year tradition we are now planning, and, to that end, I want to share with you the organizational structure changes that will take us forward into the 2020’s
Effective immediately, Rick Appelsies will become President of MKM.
Rick came to MKM as Senior Product Development Manager last year. His past experience includes of a wide array of executive leadership and experience in the textile industry ranging from Senior Vice President at Red Wing Shoe Co. to various executive leadership and development responsibilities at companies such as such as Wolverine Worldwide and Rocky Brands, Inc. He has both B2B and retail backgrounds.
We are pleased and excited to have him step into this key position at MKM!
