Our popular German Dinner returns this spring, featuring easy take-out service. Zion Lutheran Church will host its annual “A Taste of Germany” Dinner on Friday, March 25, from 5pm to 7pm. This fundraiser dinner will be “take-out only,” with friendly, safe curbside service just outside our historic building at 74 First Street. The homemade menu will include Oma’s Beef Goulash with egg noodles, red cabbage, and vegetable medley. Dessert will be our amazing Black Forest Cake. Tickets are $15 per person, $6 for kids 12 and under. Reservations required. Tickets can be purchased in advance on our website at zionlutheranpittsfield.org. Checks will also be accepted. The German Dinner will be prepared and served according to the latest public health advisories and follow all local, state, and federal guidelines. Masks will be required during pick-up. Zion Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the largest progressive Lutheran body in the United States. As Lutherans, we go about Christianity in a Lutheran way, emphasizing God's love shown in forgiveness, grace, and coffee (and other hot beverages).
