ReSOURCE: A Non-Profit Community Enterprise, provides youth between the ages of 16 and 24 with job skills, leadership and career development training.  The Paint Crew Leader will provide valuable job skills and safety training to youth crew members as they paint historic barns in Rutland County. The ReSOURCE staff team is highly collaborative and deeply invested in youth development. This is a seasonal position from mid-June through the end of August, for approximately 10 weeks, full time (40 hours a week). Priority candidates will have experience in both painting/construction and education and must have transportation. Compensation is $20/hr - $25/hr, depending on experience.
