Description

Yard and grounds work including but not limited to mowing, trimming, pruning, cutting ground cover, storm cleanup, raking, planting, blow cleaning the parking lots, and watering. Basic maintenance work including but not limited to painting, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent repair, and fence repair. Basic pool and hot tub maintenance including but not limited to chemical checks and cleaning. You must be comfortable using mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and backpack blowers. You must be comfortable with occasionally climbing ladders and navigating the crawl spaces under the buildings - this is not optional. We are happy to train you so experience is not necessary but it is a bonus.
