Local General Contractor looking for an experienced, motivated individual. 40 hrs a week, $20-$28 pay DOE. Skills and Qualifications * At least 18 yrs old. * Drivers license & clean driving record and/or dependable transportation. * 1-2 years of painting interior & exterior, carpentry, roofing, flooring/tile and landscaping. * Capable of lifting and carrying 50+ on a regular basis. * Must feel comfortable around heavy equipment and materials. *Knowledge of how to operate basic hand tools properly and safely. Duties and Responsibilities * Show up on time and ready to work. * Be dependable, efficient, and effective. * Follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner. * Maintain strick attention to detail. *Drug free.
