Merit Inspection Solutions is growing their team in Who Are We? Awesome growing company looking for team players to help us grow more and to help provide quality service and inspections to clients. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a Home Inspector to join our growing company. This is a W2 Position, no 1099s will be considered. All insurance including E&O, Workers Comp, Paid Time Off and more come through business and are added benefits to W2. Company pays for all marketing. Depending on experience qualified inspector would start off at part time and then go to full time. We are located in Broward County but we service the following all of South Florida. All applicants are required to do inspections in all service areas but will be reimbursed for gas and tolls.Applicant must be willing to work weekends ( Day Offs will be coordinated)Occasional Overtime when extremely busy weeksApplicant must be well groomed and professionalAll applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.We are looking for a team player as we do multiple types of inspections ( Insurance Inspections, Termite Inspection, Pool and Spa, Sprinkler and more) All inspectors are required to do all inspection types. ( training provided) We are offer continuing training courses and will grow inspector and help pay for additional licenses such as mold, asbestos, pest and more.Ideal candidate shows the following work qualities• Interpersonal and customer service skills• Experience writing reports including recommendations• Pays close attention to details• Building systems knowledge• Prior construction experience is a added benefit• Experience in construction, engineering, Architectural & real estate• A practical common sense approach to solving problems with buildings• Excellent computer skills• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision• Current Home Inspector license and/or Mold Inspector License ( willing to train as needed)• Computer and Mobile Smart Phone Mandatory Come join our team today!
