AURORA, IL — With all students in East Aurora District 131 set to learn remotely through the end of 2020, schools in the districts are handing out supply kits to help students through the experience.
East Aurora schools held their first drive-thru distribution events Tuesday, with events also scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday and from 4-7 p.m. Thursday.
No Indoor Dining, Drinking In Kane-DuPage After Coronavirus Surge
District 131 students can stop by their schools to pick up kits that include pencils, notebooks and other school supplies.
Drive-thru times: Wednesday, Oct. 21Last name A-H: 8-10 a.m.Last name I-Q: 10 a.m. to noonLast name R-Z: 12-2 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 22Last name A-H: 4-5 p.m.Last name: I-Q: 5-6 p.m.Last name: R-Z: 6-7 p.m.
Students can also pick up supply kits from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 29 if they were unable to reach any of the previous distribution events.
