Painter's assistant needed

Hello People of Craigslist! I am looking for a part time assistant to help me paint the interior of a Craftsman-style apartment. This job is basically paint prep and painting. This means washing wall with TSP, sanding, patching as necessary, wiping, removing & replacing hardware, covering floors and painting. The hours are 2-6 pm or so with some flex 5 days a week til done. Requirements are ability to follow directions and focus on work during work time. That means no talking or texting on cell phone during work hours!!! Prefer some experience if possible but main thing is ability to follow directions, remain focused, and have a decent attitude.
