Hey! My name is Porscha and I will be your instructor! I'm excited to meet you and to help you reach your flexibility goals!

Step 2: 30-Minute Training
Step 3: Shavasana Cool Down & Sunset Gazing!
This training was implemented specifically to help you guage what part of your body needs the most attention. We ask that you come with a light spirit and open mind as you may work muscles that have not been utilized in a while. We promise that this group training will be fun, interactive and beginner friendly. Come stretch out some kinks and spread some love with us! Hope to see you there!
