Description

We are looking for someone to help organize and track our steel materials stock and assist production personnel. Responsibilities include: • Organize packing lists/BOLs when orders are shipped to ensure smooth end process • Maintain a system to track finished goods in yard • Document yard stock and job specific inventory • Document return of extra materials by installation crews • Maintain uncluttered and efficient yard space • Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries • Providing documentation to our Production Manager for damaged / missing items at receiving. • Labeling every product and placing them accordingly • Handle receiving functions from vendors • Drive forklift to load and unload materials • Help package / crate specific materials that could be damaged during shipping • Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance and scheduling PM A pre-hire drug test and background check will be required. Based on 40 hour work week.
