AURORA, IL — A man was airlifted to a Chicago hospital Saturday after being shot several times early that morning on Aurora's East Side, according to police. The man, who was found around 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Ravine Park Lane, was in critical but stable condition as of that afternoon, police said. The Aurora Police Department is asking anyone with information about the Saturday morning shooting to call its Investigations Division at 630-256-5500 or Aurora Area Crime Stoppers at 630-892-1000.
