Warren was arrested in August 2018 after police said he sent text messages to and made Facebook threats against a judge and their family over a six-week period that summer, the Daily Herald reports. Those messages and threats caused the judge's family to have "reasonable apprehension of future bodily harm," the report states.
Warren had a child support case in front of the judge in June 2018, the report states.

Judge Philip Montgomery, a visiting judge from the 23rd Judicial Circuit, found Warren guilty this month after Warren waived his right to a jury trial, prosecutors said.
Warren, who is free on bond, could be sentenced to probation or up to five years in prison. He is due to be sentenced March 5.
