Arkansas Heart Hospital's Cardiac Classic is celebrating 10 years. Choose from four route lengths in the state's premier cycling event. Arkansas Heart Hospital is hosting the 10th anniversary Cardiac Classic, which spotlights the role that physical activity plays in our cardiovascular health. Considered one of the premier cycling events in the region, Cardiac Classic offers four route lengths: 20 miles, 30 miles, 50 miles and 100k. Starting at Heifer International Village, the ride will head east before looping south through Wrightsville.
