If you enjoy providing excellent guest service but don’t want to be stuck behind a desk, this may be the job for you. We are now accepting resumes for Retreat Staff at Monte Toyon Camp near Aptos. Depending on your skills and desire to learn, you will be able to fill your work days keeping guests happy through: FOOD SERVICE: assisting in meal preparation, supplies management and kitchen area cleaning. HOUSEKEEPING: sleeping and meeting area preparation; cleaning guest areas; responding to guest housekeeping requests. GROUNDSKEEPING: assisting in grounds, buildings and equipment maintenance. YOUR BACKGROUND: The ideal candidate some combination of: • Food Service • Janitorial / Housekeeping • General Grounds & Building Maintenance • In-person Customer Service The starting pay range is $16-$17/hour with variable schedule of ~30 hours per week including weekend days. More hours during the busy season. Staff meals may be available. Generous retirement plan. REQUIREMENTS include: • Department of Justice/FBI criminal background and sexual offender registry check • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to work early morning and afternoon shifts as well as weekend shifts. • Awesome reputation as a great person to work with!
