Outdoor Sound Bath Join us Wednesdays in February for Sound Baths at Bay Preserve at Osprey. Starting at 5 pm, if you are later no worries, just ease in, the time you arrive will be perfect. Sounds and vibrations come through crystal and Tibetan sound healing bowls, flutes, tongue drums and other healing instruments. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable. Joining is on the grass so yoga mats, blankets, pillows, journals, dinner, chairs, whatever it is that you want to make this time yours. Various sound healers will be joining to bring you relaxation and the gift of sound on these amazing grounds as we connect with nature and the gratitude for another day in the sun setting.
