Rehearsal space for solo musician - $150/month

I have a room (13x14) in a small, secure rehearsal facility in West Oakland. We are all set up with drums, amps, PA and are looking for someone who needs a small space to rehearse. There's not enough room for much more than another amp or two, but there is a lot of time available. $150 per month. Might be open to having someone use my drums as well. There is not room for another drum set. Available March 1. Thanks!
