The Gear Swap is a chance for Local Outdoor Gear Vendors to bring their goods out and Sell at the Gear Closet. The Gear Swap is a chance for Local Outdoor Gear Vendors to bring their goods out and Sell at the Gear Closet. Vendors get a space out front and can trade/sell gear or just sit and have a beer and hang out. Show up at 9 am and set up. Event runs from 10 till 2:30 or people leave. The Gear Closet is a consignment and thrift store speializing in outdoor gear and sporting goods. The Gear Closet is a part of the non-profit, WaterWays (formerly Caribbean/TenneSEA). All proceeds from the store go directly to our clean water projects and educational prorgrams in Chattanooga and in the Caribbean Basin.
