Experience a Cacao Ceremony and Breathwork at the Rock Your World Crystal Store! Class size is limited. Awaken anew as we kick off the spring equinox weekend with a transformational cacao ceremony. During this 90 minute session, we will dive into an introduction to Cacao so that we may deeply understand and honor this sacred plant medicine. While enjoying the energetic healing of the cacao, we will experience a therapeutic breathwork session and moving meditation. Chairs provided, dress comfortably (layers), and bring an open mind. Led by Holly Ulewicz of Divine Unity Wellness - Advanced Reiki Practioner, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, and Holistic Health Coach.
