Spring Equinox Cacao Ceremony Includes Cacao, Breathwork, Yin Yoga, Reiki Meditation and Ostara celebration Ostara is the perfect time to celebrate the Zodical New Year March 20th 3:30-5:30 We will enjoy the plant medicine of Cacao so that we can connect into the heart space and hear the inner you. We will experience the healing of Reiki so that we can clear space for the new. We will experience the dynamic embodiment of breathwork and yin yoga so that we can connect back to our bodies and hear what they have to say. We will enjoy a guided meditation so that you are able to reconnect to your higher self. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that has been used since 6000 BCE in ceremonies. When communing with the plant Spirit Cacao you connect to the deepest level of your ancestry and hear the messages . The natural antioxidants, Magnesium, and Theo-bromine (active heart opener and energizer) are helpful on a cellular level to increase the replenishment of your cup. Momma Cacao is a gentle Spirit who opens the door but you have the option to walk thru or just sit with the awareness. Cacao is not going to cause you to hallucinate or "trip out" because it is not a psychedelic it is a psychoactive or vasodilator (heart opener) We are need of time to connect back into ourselves and retreat into our internal sanctuary. The time that you devote to yourself is replenishment for your cup. Take the time to indulge yourself and listen to deep inner musings of your heart. Please bring anything to keep you comfortable on the floor for yoga and the meditation like a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, journal, pen, any talisman to charge upon the alter.
