We have lots of work, need somebody that can run a crew. You need to be able to tell folks what to do without making them quit, and keep up with other trades. I'll pay a lot for the right guy. Take home truck, good support, great environment. If you are comfortable on a residential project, we can scale you up to real projects. Send an email with a number and I'll call you or text you. If you need a confidential interview I'll meet at your convenience. This is a 50K or more position if you are competent and work hard. I need someone that can grow into an equity stake. If you can bring a crew or just a good helper with you, GREAT! I'll help move the right guy. We don't travel, if that matters. I'll even come see YOU for an interview.
