Description
Tom Brady's ready for his second act.
Barely a month into retirement, the seven-time Super Bowl champ is looking to add an Oscar to his trophy room. Brady will produce and appear as himself in the road trip comedy "80 for Brady," according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter.
The movie is based on a true story of four best friends who travel to Super Bowl LI – where Brady famously led the Patriots back from a 28-3 deficit against the Atlanta Falcons– and star Jane Fonda, Sally Field, Lily Tomlin and Rita Moreno in the lead roles.
Brady's production company, 199 Productions, will make the film, along with Paramount Pictures and Endeavor Content. Production on the movie is expected to begin this spring.
