Learn to prepare a traditional Irish dinner! Learn to prepare the traditional Irish staples we have come to love during this demonstration class. Chef will demonstrate how to prepare Corned beef and cabbage, soda bread, and for dessert Guinness Chocolate Bread Pudding. Cooking Class Participant Tips & Details: Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate or observe during the class. – Please enter through the Bodacious entrance on Palafox St. – Wine and beer will be available for purchase. – Participants receive 10% off of Bodacious products on day of class. – Dress casual and comfortable; you will probably get messy! – Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. – We reserve the right to cancel and undersold classes will be rescheduled.
