This was a perfect solution for UWS living with two kids (alas, now grown) Comes with built-in shelving and lighting. Beds are Twins (mattresses are included if you want them) It but can be separated into singles if desired. Closed position dimensions: 90" tall x 109" wide x 20"/white.  The bed is in excellent condition, folds away very easily, comfy, and is great for tight apartment living. Contact me for more photos. $250 OBO.
