HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Animal Control is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The dog, pictured, was found on Westfield Road in Hamden. He has black fur with a white chest. Anyone with information is asked to contact Animal Control Officer Smith at 203-230-4080.
