After the Lowell Chamber Orchestra in October, the next event in the Menotomy Concert Series is set for 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, in Town Hall, rescheduled from Jan. 21, because of the coronavirus surge.
In keeping with other performing organizations, masks and proof of vaccination are required for this in-person event. Socially distanced seating will be provided.
The concert features the Keep It Fresh Quartet, with Jill Dreeben, flute; Beth Welty, violin; Dani Rimoni, viola; and Joel Wolfe, cello. They perform works by Beethoven, Girtain, Jacob and Mozart.
Here is the program: Gordon Jacob, "Four Fancies"; Mozart, Duo in G for violin and viola, K.423; Beethoven, Serenade for flute, violin and viola; Mozart, Divertimento for violin, viola and cello K. 563; Girtain, Trio for flute, violin and cello; and Mozart, Flute Quartet in D, K. 285. This a free concert; no tickets required.
