Description

PRINCETON, NJ — It's a fairly quiet week in Princeton as far as Council and Board meetings go. The Zoning Board will be holding their meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, and on the agenda are a number of resolutions. Among them is an application filed by Princeton University, seeking permission to use an existing residential house on 127 Fitz Randolph Road. The Trustees of Princeton University have filed an application to permit the temporary use of the existing residential house at 127 Fitz Randolph as a construction office. The use is only for the duration of the construction of the School of Engineering Studies and the School of Engineering and Applied Science (ES/SEAS) project and other related projects. The E2 and R2 zone lines cut through the middle of the house. The construction office use is not permitted use in the R2 zone. The application is expected to be approved with conditions. The Board is also expected to look at five other resolutions and four applications.
