Press release from Village of Vernon Hills: February 23, 2022 The Village of Vernon Hills fiscal year runs from May 1 to April 30. As we approach the new fiscal year, staff has created a proposed (draft) Budget for Fiscal Year 2022/23, which will be presented to the Village Board during meetings on March 1 and March 15. It is expected that during the April meetings of the Village Board Trustees will schedule a Public Hearing (tentatively planned for the April 5 meeting), followed by a formal approval (tentatively planned for the April 19 meeting). Residents are encouraged to review the Village of Vernon Hills Proposed 2022/23 Budget.  For your information, a variety of additional resources are available from the Village website's Financial Documents webpage.
