CHATHAM, NJ - While Wednesday's evening commute won't be impacted, the morning rush hour may see delays as road construction will be taking place on Milton Avenue. According to authorities, installation of new pipes in the road is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on the Chatham Borough thoroughfare. Officials are asking that motorists plan their travel accordingly.
