Full-time cemetery grounds worker needed to set up for burials, inurnments, entombments, and cemetery care (mowing, etc.) In this role, the candidate will be responsible for: · Completion/preparation and closure of interment site · Installs, restores and/or resets markers and monuments - complete work orders · Executes daily assignments to maintain grounds, paths, and driveways · Assisting customers · Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: · High School Diploma or equivalent. · Minimum 1 year of experience working on a team setting is preferred · 1 - 2 years of experience operating a stick shift vehicle required · Knowledge and use of lawn equipment and general maintenance to include but not limited to mowers, trimmers, blowers. · Requires the ability to show respect and sensitivity toward client families while working in a physically demanding environment. · Ability to apply proper precautions concerning lifting and equipment use in a safe and careful manner/ability to lift minimum 50 pounds, frequently · Ability to communicate effectively as a team.
