2 Theft Arrests Made By Plainfield Police: Blotter

PLAINFIELD, IL — Here are the arrests reported by Plainfield police from Jan. 26 to Feb. 11. January 26 James G. Neuman, 33, of the 16900 block of South Plainsman Circle in Plainfield, was arrested on Plainfield Road. He was charged with disorderly conduct, actions alarm or disturb another provoking breach of peace. January 27 Austin C. Martorano, 25, of the 500 block of Northgate Lane, was arrested near the intersection of 127th Street and Book Road. He was charged with criminal damage to property. February 3 Aja Nyonti Henry, 21, of the 100 block of Concord Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested at Walmart Supercenter on South Route 59 and charged with theft. Police said the theft occurred by deception control over property of the owner, meaning items likely failed to be returned after written demand from their owner. February 11 Chauncey E. Hardnick, 32, of the 900 block of Bode Road in Elgin, was arrested near the intersection of Route 59 and Union Street. He was charged with retail theft in the form of taking merchandise from a store with the intent to deprive the merchant. Police report information is provided by local police departments.
