Looking for part time help at a self storage facilty located in Jackson, TN off of HWY 45 Bypass. This person would help us with locking people out due to non payment of rent. Cleaning out units when we have a move out and being our eyes and ears on the property as a whole. Walk through the facility at least 1 times per week, checking facility for damage and trash. Make sure lawn care is being maintained property. At least once a month, walk thru at night to check for inoperable lighting. Notify owner of any problems. Maintain cleanliness of site by keeping trash picked up and any clutter removed. Spray for ants and apply rodent killer, as needed. Prepare vacant units for new customers. Owner will provide vacancy information. Take photos after opening door. Notify owner immediately of any excessive dirt, trash or any damage. Sweep units and remove any trash. Remove any cobwebs, etc. Check operation of door. Light spray of lubricant on door rollers. Close door and install Davinci Lock. Log Unit Number and Lock Serial Number and send to owner. Observe gate operation and notify owner immediately if there are problems. Shovel snow around gate, when needed. Lubricate Gate / Opener as instructed Install RED Davinci Lock as an “overlock” on units identified by owner. Log Unit number and Lock Serial Number and send to owner. Check Drop Box for Davinci Locks and place any locks in storage. Log Serial Number and notify owner that it is available. Meet with any tenant(s) that need(s) special assistance or can only sign a lease in person. Flexible hours and great pay!
