PITTSBURGH, PA — A 3-year-old Penn Hills girl reported to have been abducted from her grandmother's home on Tuesday afternoon was found safe in Illinois on Wednesday. The girl was taken by her biological mother, who does not have custody of the child, according to police. Charges are pending against the mother, Brandi Bailey, 33, of Penn Hills, KDKA-TV reported.
