PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are looking for three people involved in a car theft that occurred earlier this month in February. According to police, the incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. Feb. 2 on the 200 block of South 45th Street in West Philadelphia. Video shows three people approach a car that was double-parked and had tow young children in the back. One of the men got into the driver's seat and drove a few hundred feet before bailing out of the car. The car then crashed into the back of another vehicle that was stopped at an intersection. The three men were last seen running away from the intersection. All three men were wearing black jeans. One was in a black jacket and the other two were wearing jackets that were a combination of black and either orange or red.
