Press release from the City of Hopkins: February 22, 2022 After a two year hiatus due to COVID-19, the City of Hopkins is once again offering Hopkins Academy, a free opportunity for community members to find out more about how the City works.  This four-session course is designed to give you an in-depth look into City departments and programs.
