Description
Need an invoice from a state or pinellas county licensed plumber for installation of a 30 gallon electric water heater swap out and some related plumbing items. Permits not necessary just provide an invoice (for labor only) as required by the homeowners association. All work has been done by owner and will provide photos for verification.
