Register Now to Participate in this Free Webinar Taking Place from 12 to 1 p.m. LakewoodAlive and the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce will host a free webinar presentation – entitled PPP: Making the Most of It – on Friday, May 15 from noon to 1 p.m. focused on explaining best practices for using the Small Business Administration's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) effectively. A panel of experts representing Brouse McDowell LPA, First Mutual Holding Company and Laskey Costello, LLC will offer guidance and resources available to ensure a successful use of PPP funds. The Paycheck Protection Program is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on payroll. SBA will forgive loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest or utilities. Members of Lakewood's small business community are invited to participate by registering here. Space for attending this webinar is limited, and those interested in participating are urged to register ahead of time. A recording of this presentation will be shared at a later date.
