Press release from the Shelton State Community College: February 23, 2022 February 23, 2022 – Shelton State Community College Salon and Spa Management's annual hair show will return to the Martin Campus on Thursday, March 10 at 6:30 p.m.  Admission to A Night of Illusion is free, and all are invited to attend. A Night of Illusion will capture styles in a variety of categories including black and white, nude illusion, abstract artistry, and denim and diamonds. Student artists will create and present their original concepts in this runway show of fashion and beauty. "The creation of illusion lies in the eyes of the stylist," stated Latoya Simmons, Shelton State Cosmetology instructor and division chair.  "It's what you don't see that captivates the mind into dreaming of the optimal artistry."
