Common Pleco for free to a good home

So I started fish sitting for a guy and he ended up abandoning his fish. I have a contract stating that his has surrendered his fish to me. Its a sad situation :( The pleco is about 12 inches long and is in a 60 gallon tall tank which is way too small for this guy considering he'll get around 3ft fully grown. At this time, I don't have any room to get a bigger tank for him and I would like to find him a new home where he can be housed and cared for properly. He is 100% free to a good home. All I ask is that I am able to inspect the tank he will go in and ask a few questions to verify that you know how to care for common plecos. If it's a fit..
