J&R Larson is a expanding, fast paced company looking for an individual with basic mechanical knowledge of trucks, tractors, & skid loaders. We are a seasonal company offering year round employment. Duties for this position will entail: • Basic maintenance (oil changes) of trucks, tractors and skid loaders • Basic knowledge of wiring and electric troubleshooting • Basic knowledge of light and heavy duty trucks (breaks, tires etc.) • Welding and basic fabrication skills preferred • Organizational skills and logging of maintenance records • Ability to complete and prioritize projects • Ability to organize a shop setting and maintain a clean work environment • Ability to order and organize parts • Heavy lifting required • Class A License preferred but not required • Tools provided • 40-50 hrs a week • Starting pay $30/hr (negotiated based on experience) • Medical Insurance
