J&R Larson is an expanding, fast paced seasonal Erosion control/Turf establishment company looking for long term qualified Landscapers/Foreman for this upcoming season. This position seeks a person to lead and assist a crew of 3-6 people in proper seed bed preparation, planting of seed, application of fertilizer and installation of the required ground cover. Requirements for this position will entail but are not limited to: Class A License with Air brake endorsement Tanker endorsement preferred but not required Valid Health Card No DUI Convictions In The Last 24 Months Skid Loader Experience Required, grading experience preferred, Tractor Experience Preferred but not Required Daily Paperwork And Basic Construction Plan Reading Leadership And Organizational Skills Ability To Lead and Manage a 3 To 6 Man Crew 50-60 Hour Weeks and Periodic Saturdays Seasonal with Options For Winter Work Dispatched From Lakeville Every Morning in Company vehicle Ability To Lift 50 lbs.
