Seasonal Lawn Mowing and occasional light landscape work for a Summer Rental property. Mowing would occur every other week between tenant turnovers. Generally on Fridays between 11:30 am and 2 pm. Riding Lawn tractor provided along with fuel and other tools for the job you supply the labor. Position pays $40/ mowing. The average mowing time is 30 minutes. Light landscaping would be paid at $20/ hour. Typically some weed whacking & remulching. Season runs until Mid Oct. Call Property manager for interview, references required.
