Childhood home...

I'd been thinking about my old childhood home. We didn't live in it for too long before my parents divorced and the house was sold - but... The house had many left over items from even OUR previous home owners. Shoes in a little cubby down by the floor by the back door. Shoes and old newspapers in the wooden bench by the front. An old faux fur shoulder "scarf" in the entry closet. An old type writer in the basement room left off the stairs in a closet....and an old wwII sword my idiot brother kept because it was COOL. My cousin used to see what they called BLUE people... we think it related to the war colors... upstairs. Downstairs? To the room right of the stairs past laundry room - became my dad's woodshop. My brother and I hated it there. In the basement bathroom - a floor to ceiling closet door...super thin? We couldn't be bribed with a million dollars to open it. In the garage there was a room to the side with so many windows.... there was an old phone box with the ear piece and receiver extension. Wire cut. Sooo many old things I'm sure explained a lot. I've come to find Shoes hidden in homes - such as walls or cubbys... were a superstition. They put a single shoe somewhere with intent for protection. Learned this recently, thus why I'm making this post.... just weird cuz this house IMMEDIATELY came to mind. Nothing bad ever actually happened here... (My family actually added the rooms upstairs. Was just an attic.) Doubt this will ever reach one of the owners current but my purpose is to ask....are supernatural things still going on there? My only hint is, to my knowledge, the owners' last name starts with Y and Asian descent (assumption based on last name).
