Foreman- Lead Construction Crew Member We are seeking an experienced candidate who is deadline and detail-oriented. We need a person who thrives while working with a team and wants to exceed customer expectations. The majority of our work is in Bloomington, Indiana. The lead crew member is expected to professionally interact with clients, fellow employees, and owner. This person must also demonstrate a commitment to jobs to their completion. Requirements: • Must be knowledgeable to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 years of previous experience in the home construction and remodeling industry, with trim carpentry skills • Ability to maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
