employment type: full-time Big property group is currently seeking a maintenance technician with proven skills for an apartment complex. - A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required. - Knowledge and experience of HVAC (mandatory) - Knowledge and experience of Plumbing (mandatory) - Work order tickets format - Preventative or corrective maintenance projects - On-call for emergency, nights and weekends, 2 weeks per month. - Very good experience with heating, electrical, A/C, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc. - Provide superior customer service -Do it right the first time and taking care of details.
