Hi, I would like to invite you to Friday Night Meditation Sit and Soundbath at Remix Wellness Studio Each meeting will be a guided a 20 minute meditation followed by a sound bath with singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to activate higher states of consciousness, readjust the body to natural rhythms, release tensions, blocks and bring inner stillness where deep healing can occur. Intention 💫 Honoring the beautiful human aesthetic of perfect imperfection, here and now.💚 What to bring: An open Heart & Mind. Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, journal & pen. Feel free to bring crystals, cards,or any personal items that you feel called to have with you. All experience levels are welcome.
