JOB OPENING We're hiring for our Technician position and specifically looking for someone with extraordinary ability working with physical objects, and preferably also general experience in one or more of the following automotive fields: mechanical, body, suspension, interior, disassembly, reassembly, and most importantly problem solving. For example, someone with an electrical engineer background and a love for classic cars might be a solid fit. We're looking for someone whose life is working. And especially, we're looking for a confident, smart person, who reliably accomplishes what they set out to accomplish - someone who produces results. We absolutely need someone capable of complex problem-solving, and thinking on their feet. This position includes a variety of work - whatever is needed for the projects at the shop, which involves a high level of critical thinking. The most important ability is problem-solving, which we see as a combination of imagination and experience with physical objects. Evolve Technicians reliably produce results with care and precision. Their work has a distinct character of completeness, with work done once and done right.
