MIRAVDI Construction is hiring subcontractors who are section3/ and/or MBE/WBE for an upcoming bid opportunity with the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency for the project 2511 Gunn Rd. Unit #1, Rehab at 2511 Gunn Rd, Carmichael, CA 95608. This is a public works project, and prevailing wages will be applied. Qualified Subcontractors will need to have a current DIR registration number. Possible subcontracting trades are Demolition and Clearing, Millwork and Carpentry, Construction Clean-up, Activating devices, Painting and Decorating, Plumbing, Drywall, Electrical, Framing and rough carpentry, Flooring, Screens, Glass and Glazing, Finish Hardware, Locks, and Safes, Insulation and Acoustical, Incinerators and Elevators, Heating and Ventilating System, Air-conditioning, and Installation of Doors, Cabinets.
