The local Budget Blinds, a National Window Covering Franchise, currently has an excellent opportunity for a full time professional window covering installers to service the Roseville, Granite Bay, Folsom and El Dorado Hills area. We offer a very generous 401K and Profit Sharing plan. To qualify, you must have experience in light construction or finish carpentry trades, be capable of completing assigned installations in a timely manner with attention to detail, have the ability to professionally and positively interact with other members of our team and with our customers. You must be able to show exceptional communication skills, enjoy working with homeowners by providing outstanding customer service. Company provides tools and vehicle. Clean DMV and current driver’s license necessary and must pass pre-employment drug and background screening to be considered. Duties include installing pre-fabricated window coverings, assembly of pre-cut frames, light finish carpentry work, and light warehouse organizational duties. Qualified candidates MUST have experience in the following; Must be able to maintain an organized work environment Have light construction and finish carpentry experience Have experience with power hand tools Must be able to work independently and within a team environment Be willing to support all areas of our business Problem solving ability Be consistently punctual Work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive image for our company Excellent customer service skills Responsible for completing a job to company high standards Able to work on ladder up to 15’ high, lift up to 70 lbs, capable of bending and stooping Have and maintain a clean cut image to maintain company’s professional image We will consider training the right person with less experience.
