Property management company looking for a full time entry level maintenance person. No prior experience necessary but must have the desire to learn how to maintain an apartment building. Position also requires applicant to be available for after hour and weekend emergency calls every 2-3 weeks. Must have your own basic hand tools and a car to get to work. If are not serious about working, please dont waste my time.
