Trump knew Russia was up to no good 5 years ago, when he BLOCKED the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. The Nord Stream pipeline would supposedly supply up to 70% of Germany's energy needs. ( !!!!!!!!!! ) It is a National Security issue for Germany and Europe, when you think about Russia's ambitions in Ukraine and the rest of the old Soviet Union. Ukraine sits in between Germany and Russia. If Russia attacked Ukraine, or Poland, or any of the other countries around there, Germany and the rest of Europe would likely try to intervene. Russia then could cut off the energy supply to Germany and Europe and tie their hands, so they wouldn't be able to help the country being invaded. Like it or not, having a steady, uninterrupted supply of OIL and NATURAL GAS is a NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE for all countries. Russia being able to control the energy supplies to Europe is a smart military strategy for someone like Putin, who likes to play dirty. It's not good to trust your energy supplies to a country that hates you. In America, Trump had this country "energy independent" for the first time in 70 years, which provided cheap gas and strong National Security. Biden immediately reduced America's oil production by 40%, which has forced us to buy more oil from Russia and Iran. Naturally, deling with countries that hate us, prices have gone up. One other thing: By forcing America to buy more oil from Russia, Biden has made Putin richer than he's ever been. Biden claims we are now implementing "Sanctions" against Russia, meaning we won't buy as much of their oil, or do as much banking with them. China has already stepped up and said they will help Russia, by buying their oil and loaning them money. SOooooo.......... The American sanctions have been rendered useless, and Putin is laughing all the way to the bank. Russia is expanding their territory and there's nothing Biden can do about it, just like Obama did absolutely nothing when Russia took Crimea. And what about China? Total silence from Biden and fake news...
